Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

Professional services only

Kindred provides therapeutic massage and platonic companionship. All services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate request or conduct ends the session immediately, and the full fee remains payable.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book.

Rates & payment

Rates are shared on request and agreed before your booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received by UPI. The deposit is deducted from the session total, and the balance is paid on the day by UPI or cash.

For companionship, any costs for the outing itself — such as event tickets, meals or entry fees — are agreed in advance.

Cancellations & lateness

Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before the session receive a full deposit refund or transfer. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

If you are late, the session may be shortened to respect the next booking, and the full fee applies.

If I need to cancel, you’ll be offered a new time or a full refund of your deposit.

Health

Please share any relevant medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy before your session. Massage is not a medical treatment, and companionship is not counselling or therapy. If you’re unsure whether massage is right for you, please check with your doctor first.

Respect & privacy

Sessions are attended sober, and no photos, video or audio recordings are taken by either of us without clear consent.

I may decline or end any booking where I feel unsafe, where these terms are not respected, or where a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Responsibility

I take every care to provide a safe, professional service. To the extent the law allows, Kindred is not responsible for indirect losses, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings during a session.

General

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version on this page applies to new bookings. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
